ZIKA VIRUS INFECTION

Zika virus infection is transmitted through mosquitoes ( mainly, Aedes egypti, Aedes. albopictus). It is an RNA virus. Zika virus is the member of virus family Flavivirdae. Most people infected with  Zika virus have no signs and symptoms. But others may reports symptoms like mild fever, rashes, muscle pain, headache, red eyes, general felling of discomfort. Zika virus infection during Pregnancy have been linked to miscarriage and can cause microcephaly. The Zika virus also may cause other neurological disorders such as Gullian Barre Syndrome. Mode of Transmission 1)Through infected mosquito bite 2) Through Sexual contact infected person 3) Infected mother to child  4) Through Blood Transfusion Signs and Symptoms 4 out 5 people infected with Zika virus has no signs and Symptoms. Happiness won't come to your life within a day. Your happiness depends on many things, it may be your attitude, mind set or your behaviour to others. All can have an impact on your life.  If you decide to have a control on your thinking, ego and possessiveness, you can reduce your negative thinking, this will help to create a positive mind set. Meditation, a key to control your thoughts. It brings positive thoughts and help to remove negative thoughts from your mind. If you practice meditation daily, you can enjoy a peaceful mind. The entire day will be good for you. It will help to reduce your stress and brings you a peaceful mind.  Over thinking creates many problems. Face the situation, instead of thinking too much. If you can able avoid overthinking, practice meditation, and have good personality, then you can create a positive mind set and live your life happily.
